R&D Department

Leaded by Honda Liu, who has more than 9 years of glove design and brand building experience. 

The design team has a good routine to visit  fabric and accessory market every month to seek if any new idea.      Also they will have 5-8 new styles brought up and tested every season. 

Purchasing Department

Linda Wu has worked for big glove factory for more than 13 years and quite familiar with urban suppliers and importing channel. We also has experience on selecting of environmental material to follow the international standard as CE, REACH, RoHS. 

Sales Department

Leaded by Nancy Du, the sales team will have marketing discussion on new trend or needs from customers and exhibition and to share the collecting info with R&D department. Also they have a good communication process with factory to react quickly on sales acting.

Quality Control System

Before production, we will have all the problems exposed in sample team first. And as we are moving assembly line, in which way we can have middle inspection on each separate parts before the final sewing process. Then have the 2nd inspection on Ironing process and the 3rd on packaging process. So we can find the problems and the defective parts at the very beginning to avid big loss and improve the efficiency.
